- carrots, cut into 3 inch pieces (better if they’re uniform thickness)
- olive oil
- spices (cumin, crushed red pepper)
pre-heat oven to 400F. Spread out carrots on baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and spices, mix by hand to cover. Roast for about 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
They taste like sweet potato fries! I don’t even like carrots!
